perfumeauction.net is Malaysia's based un-boxed fragrance online store,
managed by a store owner who started the business in 2004 and has been aggressively selling through our
former website in blogspot.com since 2006.
The un-boxed fragrance is also called rejected original perfume. Our list of
product includes genuine designer fragrances for men and women, skin care
products and air fragrance.
Product Guarantee and Commitment:
All of the products in our website, perfumeauction.net, are original brand names.
We only carry genuine brand name perfumes and colognes. Although our fragrances
are all without boxes, our concern is the originality of the product.
Please be informed that some of our un-box fragrance could be scratched, loose cap
item, wrong branding etc.

Ordering Options:
We do accept cash bank in before delivery, cheque
payment and payment through pay pal only(Please be reminded, by using pay pal as a payment
solution, you will need to bear the commission). Anyway we are still keeping
our price of un-box fragrance low.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time
Pending authorization, we will process your order for shipping within 24-48 hours on
all in-stock items. We will contact you promptly via email or by phone should
an item become out of stock at the time the order is received.
Our Warranty
We offer 30 days money back guarantee for all our products. If you feels the perfumes you purchase is not suitable, just call us at 016 5008298 for return,
however the shipping charges for return product will be borne by you. For items returns after 15 days of order, we will refund your money fully. after 15 days
and before 30 days items return after order, 50% of the price will be refund back to you.
Back Orders & Out of Stock
We try our best to keep all items in stock, but in the event an item you request
is back ordered or out of stock, we will send you an email or contact you. We
will inform you when we expect to receive our restock of the item or we may
offer you the item in a different size or package. You can decide to either
have us ship it to you, or you will have the opportunity to change or cancel
your order.
Order Confirmation
When you submit an order online, you will be given an order confirmation number and
a summary of your order. We will send you an email and state in your account to request for the payment
and confirm the shipping of your order within 24-48 hours during normal
business days. You may check your status of order in your account(please log in to do that).
The Consignment / Shipment No. of the appropriate Carrier upon shipping the package will be
updated once the fragrance delivered. Currently, we are using POSLAJU as our
standard courier provider. If you do not receive an email confirmation within
this time period, please email us or sms to 016 500 8298(for fast respond) with
your order number and we will promptly respond to your request.
