Shipping Method and Delivery Time
Pending authorization, we will process your order for shipping within 24 to 48 hours on all in-stock items (terms & conditions apply). We will contact you promptly via email or by phone should an item become out of stock at the time the order is received.
We offer free shipping for order above RM300.00 in one receipt. For order less than the amount RM 10.00 per courier will be charge before checkout (Not applicable during sales and discounted perfumes).

Our Warranty
We offer 30 days money back guarantee for all our products. If you feels the perfumes you purchase is not suitable, call us and request for return, for items returns before 30 days of items received, we will refund your money fully.

Back Orders & Out of Stock
We do our best to keep all items in stock, but in the event an item you request
is back ordered or out of stock, we will send you an email or contact you. We
will inform you when we expect to receive our restock of the item or we may
offer you the item in a different size or package. You can decide to either
have us ship it to you, or you will have the opportunity to change or cancel
your order.
Order Confirmation
We do keep real stock, when you submit an order online, you will be given an order confirmation number and a summary of your order. We will send you an email and state in your account to request for the payment and confirm the shipping of your order within 24-48 hours during normal business days. You may check your status of order in your account (please log in to do that).
The Consignment / Shipment No. of the appropriate Carrier upon shipping the package will be updated once the fragrance delivered. Currently, we are using SKYNET WORLDWIDE as our
standard courier provider. If you do not receive an email confirmation within
this time period, please email us or sms to 012-931 6016 (for fast respond) with
your order number and we will promptly respond to your request.
